Annette chairs YICE Board of Directors and advises YICE team on general program management and operations. She does this purely on a voluntary basis alongside her full time job at Grameen Foundation.

 Winnie Tushabe

Field Operations Director

Winnie supports field implementation of YICE programs, makes accountabilities of field funds used, monitors the progress of community projects and directly supervises the Field volunteers. She joined YICE in 2013 after her 3 months internship with YICE. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Adult and Community Education and a certificate in Computer studies.

Farm Agents

They work as YICEUganda’s loans officers. They collect loans, support loan disbursement, train farmers and disseminate farming tips. They conduct regular farm visits and advise farmers on the farm.sals and applications.
